Naturally raised and processed without growth hormones, routine antibiotics, fillers, MSG, nitrates, phosphates, solutions, etc. that has unfortunately become the standard in conventional meat production.
All of our meat is cut fresh to order each week and our beef is dry-aged for 14+ days.
We also practice regenerative agriculture on our farm and are passionate about encouraging other farms to join us in the effort to REVERSE climate change through responsible agriculture.
The pork is raised naturally on our neighbor's farm (they're the pork experts) in alignment with our values.
